The Vision
We at SpeedEFX, believe that every car tells a story, and through our work, we help our clients tell theirs. One of our latest projects gave us the opportunity to redefine the look of an already extraordinary machine – a McLaren 720S.
Our client sought to reimagine their McLaren 720S with a unique, personal touch that reflected their personality and style. It was an exciting challenge for us at SpeedEFX, and we were thrilled to get to work on it.
The first step in this journey was a full color change wrap. For this, we chose Platinum Wrapping Film (PWF) in Black Opalus. The rich, dark tone of Black Opalus perfectly complemented the sleek, aerodynamic contours of the 720S, bringing an aura of mystery and allure that is simply irresistible.
Next, we wanted to augment the car’s already aggressive stance. This was achieved by installing a new set of Rohana wheels. Rohana’s reputation for creating striking, high-performance wheels is well-deserved, and the new set amplified the car’s aesthetics while ensuring it remained grounded, even at the highest speeds.
Then came the most complex yet exciting part – installing a full 1016 Industries Carbon Fiber Bodykit. This comprehensive kit included numerous elements, such as the front splitter, fenders, side skirts, hood, rear engine intakes (under wing scoops), rear wing, rear diffuser, canards, side vents, mirror caps, door entrance covers, and rear bumper flaps.
Each piece was meticulously crafted, and when put together, they redefined the car’s exterior, adding an aggressive edge to the McLaren’s sleek sophistication. The Carbon Fiber body kit not only provided an aesthetic upgrade but also offered functional benefits like enhanced aerodynamics and reduced weight.
The transformation process was an incredible journey. The McLaren 720S went from being a world-class supercar to a distinct work of art, reflecting the unique vision of our client. But the reward wasn’t just in the result; it was in the process too – the attention to detail, the careful application of every wrap, the precise installation of each carbon fiber piece.
The final product is more than just a car; it’s a testament to our client’s bold style and SpeedEFX’s commitment to turning dreams into reality. This McLaren 720S is no longer just a high-performance machine; it’s an embodiment of unique vision, design, and craftsmanship.
