The Vision
Here at SpeedEFX, we’re known for our transformational projects, but we also specialize in the finer details that can elevate a vehicle from great to spectacular. Our latest project involved working on a Lamborghini Aventador, a car renowned for its audacious design and raw power.
The Aventador came to us for touchups on a full-body stealth (satin finish) Paint Protection Film (PPF) previously installed by another shop. We understand that these supercars are not just vehicles, they’re investments. Preserving their appeal and safeguarding them from everyday damage is just as important as the larger transformation projects we undertake.
The first order of business was to install PPF on the aero pieces around the car, including the front lip and side skirts. These areas are particularly vulnerable to damage from rock chips and road debris, especially given the high speeds this vehicle is capable of. The PPF offers a level of protection that is essential for maintaining the car’s aesthetic appeal and value.
While the Aventador was with us, we also had the pleasure of installing new carbon fiber intake vents. Carbon fiber is not only visually appealing but also offers performance benefits, including improved airflow and reduced weight.
The installation required careful disassembly of the main engine cover and several plastic trim pieces inside the engine bay. This was necessary to reach the bolts securing the factory engine intake vents. The meticulous process underscores our commitment to care and precision in our work, regardless of the complexity of the task.

The result of this project is an Aventador that’s not only protected from the elements but also features refined enhancements that make it stand out even more.
